Panduan ke tiga puluh enam (RAE)

Transistor Simpangan Dwikutub (BJT)

Untuk memastikan transistor boleh dikendalikan,
simpang tapak -pemancar mesti dipincang mara dan
simpang tapak pemungut mesti dipincang ke belakang.
Simpang tapak- pemancar yang dipincang mara mempunyai
rintangan yang rendah manakala simpang tapak
pemungut mempunyai rintangan tinggi. Nisbah rintangan
ini membolehkan transistor menjadi penguat arus
yang cemerlang.

Pincangan di antara arus dan pemancar berada anggaran
Perbezaan 0.7 V untuk silicon dan perbezaan o.3 V
Untuk germanium.


1. Untuk membolehkan suatu transistor silicon mengalir;
a) pemancar tapaknya mestilah pincang ke
depan dengan 0. 6 Volt
b) tapaknya mestilah disambungkan ke
pemancarnya
c) pengumpulnya mestitah disambungkan ke
pemancarnya
d) tapak mendulunya mesti dipulusken
